1. 写作题型和要点

1.1 大小作文

204 考研英语二题型, 分为:

• 小作文. 100 词, 10 分. 主要是书信(建议信, 感谢信, 辞职信 等, email 也一样), 和通告.
• 大作文. 150 词, 15 分. 只考图表(选项分布的柱状图等), 不考图画 (漫画+寓意, 英语一才会考).

1.2 要点

注意紧贴阅卷评分标准:
1)写出所有内容要点;
2)丰富的句式和词汇, 不能全部短句堆砌;
3)字数合规, 书写清晰.

书写字体选手写印刷体. 另两种是 2)衡水体 3)意大利斜体. 主要区别在于 ‘f’ 尾巴对第三行的占用情况.

A: 答题纸一行约 10 词, 按行数可快速估算.

2. 书信/告示 的文体差异

2.1 书信 - mail

开头

• I am writing to express my sincere 感谢/歉意 to you for sth.

2.2 通知(告示) - notice

格式和信件不同：标题+日期+正文+署名.

3. 场景素材

3.1 感谢

• grateful / thankful

  • be grateful for + sth.I’m deeply grateful for your timely help.
  • be grateful that + 从句I’m truly grateful that you could spare so much time for me.
  • 总结: 对人 to，对事 for，整句用 that.

• appreciate

  • appreciate + n./v-ing. I truly appreciate your patience and detailed explanations.
  • 注意不能appreciate + sb.

• 虚拟语气

  • Without your help, I would not have made such great progress.

3.2 道歉

• apologize
  • apologize to sb. for sth.
  • 名词 apology. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconveniences my leaving may cause.
• 弥补make up for + sth.To make up for my mistake, I would like to invite you to dinner.
• 原谅forgive sb. for sth.I hope you can forgive me for my rudeness.

3.3 建议

• I would suggest/recommend that you (should) do…（should 可省，虚拟考点）
• It would be beneficial/advisable to do…
• You might as well do… / If I were you, I would do…

3.4 请求

• I would appreciate it if you could reply at your earliest convenience
